MISSION

The AASU Police Department is a full-service law enforcement agency where the mission of every member is to seek ways to promote and preserve a safe and secure academic environment, and to deliver quality police and community safety services in a professional and sensitive manner. The department's mission is expressed in its commitment to the well-being of all members of the academic community, its support for the professional growth of its police officers and support staff and its service to the public. The department is dedicated to the development of relationships with the university community that is conducive to teaching, learning, research, and public service.
